Polish Crema Marfil versus honed finish

Q. I have a client that has crema marfil tile throughout the bottom floor of their house. When purchasing the floor they were never made aware that you could get either polished or honed. I believe they got honed. Is there a process or way to achieve that polished look after the fact. If so, please advise.

A. Yes polishing this type of stone is what all our restoration partners do as part of their service. I would suggest you contact one of our partners in our Find a PRO directory. This is not a Do It Yourself Project.
